Your perspective or your outlook on life or really how you see yourself and the world around you, has a huge influence on the actual outcomes that you get. I want you to ask yourself, how do you currently view situations in your life both on and off the field? If you feel like more times than not you see the bad and you focus on the negative, well I hate to break it to you, but more of that negativity is going to come your way.
But if you can shift your perspective and switch out those dark lenses for some bright lenses so you can see life that way, well, then more of the positive outcomes you’re after will come your way. The best way to do that is with an attitude of gratitude.Your appreciation for what you have in life and the situations you’re in will drastically shift and what you appreciate appreciates.
