The following rules apply to persons seeking to enter the Accident & Health (pomi) Ultimate Sports Parents Giveaway Promotion (the “Promotion”)

ELIGIBILITY: Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (and at least 21 years old) at the time of entry. 

HOW TO ENTER: Promotion begins at 7:00 am EST on 05/01/2024 and ends at 11:59 pm EST on 5/31/2024 (“Entry Period”). During the Entry Period, the participant can enter by following @getpomi.com on Instagram or Facebook or by alternate entry – sending a postcard that includes participant’s first and last name, email address and home state to 300 E Main Street Suite 314 Charlottesville, VA 22911. Extra entries for liking, sharing and commenting on contest posts on Instagram posts only. There is no limit to the number of entries submitted via the alternate entry process.

DETERMINATION OF WINNER: One (1) eligible participant will be randomly selected via a drawing and winner will be notified via email.  Items will be shipped to address provided by winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. 

NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by email, and/or telephone if we have collected that information from the participant (in the sole discretion of Company) following the drawing. In the event that a Winner does not respond to any such notification within five 5 days of the date of notification, a disqualification will result, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Company’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate Winner may be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries. 

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By accepting prize, Winner agrees to release Company Indemnified Parties from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with Winner’s participation in the Promotion, or with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/ or misuse of the Prize, or the participation in Prize-related activities. By accepting Prize, Winner further agrees that Company is not responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied in fact or in law, relating to the prize, or any portion thereof, including but not limited to its quality, merchantability, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. The Winner, by accepting the prize, grants to Company (except where prohibited), the right to use and publicize Winner’s name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, video, voice, and prize information in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, consideration, notification, or permission. 

Prize Winner will be responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, and any other expenses associated with acceptance of the prize. Prize is not transferable or assignable and no substitution or cash redemption is allowed. Prize is provided by Great American Insurance Company, having its headquarters at 301 E. Fourth Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202.

OTHER: Company reserves the right to interpret these rules and, if necessary, to amend the rules at its discretion and without notice to individual participants. All decisions by Company are final.
